Step 1:Create Your Personalized Online Account

The first step is to create your account. To set-up your personalized online account will require 3-steps. There can only be ONE PERSON per account. You cannot share accounts with another user.

  • 1st STEP: CREATE A USER ACCOUNT
    Click the login button on the banner.
    Click on the icon under "Need to create an account?"
    Fill in the required information including first and last name as you would like them to appear on your certificate and to use for contact and/or shipping.
    Please note password requirements - minimum of 12 characters to include at least one uppercase letter, lower case letter, number and symbol
    Click Login button.
  • 2nd STEP: CONTACT AND SHIPPING INFORMATION
    Provide your contact details including address, email and phone number for contact and/or shipping.
  • 3rd STEP: PROVIDE YOUR LICENSE DESIGNATION
    Select your designation from the drop down window - CPA, EA, CFP, PTIN,or OTHER This information will be used to verify that purchases you make will qualify fro CPE for your state and designation.
    You may select up to 4 designations.
    Please note, if you are an EA with a PTIN number, please enter the PTIN number as a designation for reporting purposes. PTIN numbers start with the letter P followed by 8 or 9 numbers.

  • Once your account has been created, you can login to mypescpe.com by entering your email and password in the Already a User? area and begin to navigate your new, personalized account.

Step 2: How to Navigate Your Personalized mypescpe.com Account

Welcome to the ultimate perosnalized CPE experience from PES! We understand that this new website may be a bit overwhelming at first, but we believe that after you familiarize yourself with the mypescpe.com website you will enjoy your personalized access to: purchased hardcopy and pdf course materials, state license requirements, online grading and certification, certificates of completion, and so much more!


 
HOW DO I NAVIGATE THE SITE?

After you have set-up your user account, you will log in using your email and password. Once logged in, the navigation at the top of the page will appear like the image above. This global navigation header provides you links to all the various functions of the site on every page for quick access. The navigation tabs include: Home, Shop for CPE, My CPE in PROGRESS, My COMPLETED CPE, My Account, and Help. What you can access from these pages is explained in detail below.

 
WHAT IS SHOP FOR CPE?

Shop for CPE is where you can purchase PES CPE products! View our selections, choose your format, add items to your "My Cart" and when you are ready to purchase click the My Cart button at the top of the page to checkout. Products are listed by:

Catalog Category
Format: Hard Copy or PDF
Hot New Courses and Top Sellers
Entrolled Agent Approved CPE
CFP Approved CPE

After you purchase your items, the website automtically drops the purchase into your My CPE in PROGRESS, ready for immediate access. If you ordered a Hard Copy course, it will be shipped to you the same business day.

 
WHAT IS MY CPE IN PROGRESS?

My CPE in PROGRESS is where you access your purchased CPE. This page lists all pending CPE that has not yet been submitted. When you purchase the full course material either as a Hard Copy or PDF, the website places a link to the text and the exam material for each course in this area. Click on each icon to download the course and exam pdf to your desktop for easy study. When you are ready to submit your exam for final grading and certification, you may fax it to the number provided in the PDF Exam instructions or access the online grading option by clicking on the course title listed under My CPE in PROGRESS. If you ordered over the phone or another person purchased an exam for you, you will need to add the exam to your My CPE in PROGRESS. Click on Add Exam to My Account and follow the instructions. After adding the exam, it will appear here in My CPE in PROGRESS and you can submit for grading. DON'T FORGET! Your CPE expires one year from date of purchase. Expiration date is noted in red next to each pending course.

 
WHAT IS MY COMPLETED CPE?

My COMPLETED CPE includes CPE that has been completed and submitted for grading and certification through this website. After you submit and successfully pass an exam, the website moves the course and the exam into this area. You can access the certificate of completion and the pdf of the course text by clicking on the appropriate icon. The graded exam is available for 14 days after submission for your review and can be accessed by clicking on the course title. For easy reference the total number of CPE hours completed in the calendar year is noted in red.

HOW DO I SUBMIT MY EXAM FOR GRADING?

When you purchase a Hard Copy, PDF, or Exam Only through this website, the website automatically places the corresponding exam in My CPE in PROGRESS. Click MY CPE in PROGRESS to view a listing of CPE exams purchased. Click on the course title to answer and submit for grading. If you ordered over the phone or another person purchased an exam for you, you will need to add the exam to your My CPE in PROGRESS. Click on Add Exam to My Account and follow the instructions. After adding the exam, it will appear in My CPE in PROGRESS and you can submit for grading.

 
HOW DO I ACCESS MY PDFs?

When you purchase a PDF of a course, the website places a link to the text and the exam material for each course in My CPE in PROGRESS. Click on each icon to download the course and exam pdf to your desktop for easy study. When you are ready to submit your exam for final grading and certification, you may fax it to the number provided in the PDF Exam instructions or access the online grading option by clicking on the course title listed under My CPE in PROGRESS. After you submit and successfully pass an exam, the website moves the pdf text into My COMPLETED CPE for future reference. Clicking on a specif PDF link allows you to download the PDF content as many times as you need.

 
HOW CAN I MAKE MY TEXT LARGER OR SMALLER?

To increase readability, you can increase and decrease the TEXT size in your browser window:

In Chrome, you can change the TEXT size by accessing the drop-down menu in the top right-hand corner (3 horizontal lines) and selecting ZOOM.
In Edge, you can change the TEXT size by accessing the drop-down menu in the top right-hand corner (3 dots in a row) and selecting ZOOM.
In Firefox, you can change the TEXT size by accessing the drop-down menu in the top right-hand corner (3 horizontal lines) and selecting ZOOM.
In Safari, you can change the TEXT size by accessing the VIEW menu and selecting ZOOM In/Out.
